2. Honey, I don’t date anyone I could have birthed. I just recently decided to drop the younger than age to 6 years. And it will stay there until I’m in my 40s.

49. Yes and no. On the surface, it’s the same but deeper than that, I’ve grown into an understanding now that I didn’t have then. For better or worse, I’m a bit less of a dreamer. I’m settling into who I am and what I have available to me now. I used to think that I could have and do and be anything I wanted because I was talented and smart and relatively good looking (I’m dope as fuck.) but being all that means nothing in the grand scheme of things. I’ve settled into an understanding. My good years are behind me, my goal now is to avoid fucking up the years ahead and those that affect my son.
