Girl, reggae is noisy to me, too. I can’t get with it. I’d like to, because to lots of people it makes me look & sound jerkish to say I don’t like reggae, but I’ve tried & I just can’t. Pan Africanism all day, but that ain’t MY culture, sorry
Basically! Again, not judging those who like it. that’s like millions upon millions of people but *I* don’t like it.
I liked Buju’s second album but then he went and got all psycho-homophobe on me and now I can’t even listen to it anymore.

Yeah, Damian Marley’s Welcome To Jamrock was the 1st and only reggae album I bought, & that was due to the influence of OKP, lol. It’s a solid effort but I can’t go deeper than that.
